Looking for a Logistics and Administrative Coordinator position? We have a job for you!
Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.
We are currently recruiting a Logistics and Administrative Coordinator for one of our clients, a company located in Brussels and specialized in the trading of a wide range of products dedicated to metallurgy and chemical industries. You will be working closely with a young and dynamic team of sales executives and you will provide them with logistics and administrative support. Missions are to be executed in Brussels. Salary package: monthly salary in line with experience plus fringe benefits. Our client offers a permanent contract after a period of interim employment (6 months).
The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
- Management of invoices & business-related documents
- Manage the calls with the clients and the service providers
- Data base management
- Follow-up on orders
- Assist with administrative activities for the office
- Essential Skills and Experience :
- Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) with German and/or Dutch an asset
- Excellent organisational skills
- Stress-resilient, flexible, eager to learn about the business, service oriented
- Efficient, proactive, team-player yet autonomous
- Good knowledge of Windows (Word, Excel and Outlook)
