• Since being established in 1976 we have developed something we refer to as our internal market. This pools the resources of all our specialist recruiters which means that we can have a temp in your office within 1 hour
  
  
• Everything we do is face-to-face. We will never send you anyone we haven’t met in person.
  
  
• We have a very rigorous process. From pre-screening to interviewing the process is demanding. Our interviews are competency based and really ensure the candidates are suitable for the positions we present.
  
  
• Everyone meets more than one consultant. Two heads are always better than one, but more importantly this allows us to confirm our thoughts are accurate. It also ensures that if one consultant is out of the office there will be another who can help and answer your questions.
