A leading Investment Firm based in Piccadilly are looking to hire a Team Assistant on a 12 month contract. The company are looking for an immediate start, and are paying between £37k-£45k dependent on experience. Working hours are 9:00-18:00, based in the office 5 days a week, and the firm also offer health insurance.
Duties include: management of multiple diairies, providing administrative support to senior members of staff and executives, organising travel, arranging meetings and preparing expense claims.
Candidates must have 2 years' worth of experience working as a Team Assistant, ideally within the financial sector.
