You will get the opportunity to deal with an extremely dynamic team of 6 providing you with the consistency of an efficient team to be supported by. Most of your roles will deal with typical HR support such as candidate screening, organising interviews and liaising with clients and so experience either in HR or recruitment would be extremely relevant. Equally you will be working in an environment that operates at a high volume with a lot of buzz, so you must be an efficient and quick-thinking dynamic sort of person that matches that fast-paced environment. This is a people-centric role and so you must equally be personable and enjoy the prospect of interacting with all sorts of people from various different walks of life.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail, Excellent organisational skills – diary management, booking meetings etc, 1-3 years of recruitment/HR/Team coordinator experience worked at a similar high volume, quick turnover role, Competency with Microsoft Suite and Zoom, personable with gravitas, good communicator both spoken and written.
