Our client is seeking a Customer Service Associate, reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, to join the team on an ongoing temporary contract for a minimum of 6 months. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office, based in Westminster.

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their personal information is accurately inputted onto the system to help the rest of the team with emails and data processing. In addition to this you will also be assisting the compliance team via obtaining ‘know your customer’ information from clients and running documents through verification checks. Excellent communication and numerical skills are a must for this role.

They offer a competitive hourly rate of £12, which will increase to £14 after 6 months. A minimum of 6 months of office experience is required for this role.
