A leading asset management boutique finance firm in the West End is seeking a Front of House Receptionist/Office Manager.

This is a busy hybrid role where your duties will be split between Reception and Office Manager. You will be based at the Front Desk and duties will include Reception, meet and greet, booking of meeting rooms, couriers and post. You will also assist with booking restaurants, hotels, preparing expenses and diary management for a Director. Responsibilities will also include acting as First Aid and Fire Marshall and ordering of office supplies and making sure the office is clean and tidy.

You will also organise a week long event for the recruitment of Interns which will be a project you will lead.

Working hours will be office based 8.30am-5.30pm Monday-Friday, the company also offer excellent benefits including an excellent  discretionary bonus, 9% employer contribution to the pension and discounted gym membership. An immediate start for the right candidate.
