The business work primarily in the finance and banking industry and as such attention to detail. An inquisitive mind and the ability to work with people at all levels will be key. You will start in the admin and post room team dealing with all the incoming client documents, cheques, and legal paperwork. These will then be sorted, scanned and uploaded to the appropriate dropbox accounts, logging everything on the excel spreadsheet. You will be taught how to digitise documents, book couriers and operate the DX but being happy to work on IT systems will be important.

The business are looking for an individual who can demonstrate an exemplary work ethic, this might have been demonstrated by part-time work during study or through a retail or hospitality role. You will need a good basic level of education and excellent written and verbal communication skills. There are excellent career opportunities in the business and into the wider financial services industry!

The role is fully office based and work a standard 37.5 hour week, Monday-Friday.
