Highly successful and established global hedge fund based in Mayfair are currently looking for a Team Assistant/Office Manager to join their London team. This role will be based remotely initially and play a key role in their return to the office plan over the next few months. 

In a varied and fast paced role this position is crucial to the successful day to day running of office administration and organisational support to the wider team. Duties will include scheduling international travel for the team, overseeing the office diary, phone contact lists and the social calendar. You will also be pivotal in the project support of the return to the office from risk management through to logistics of equipment for working from home. Once the office is back up and running you’ll be managing suppliers and overseeing general housekeeping day to day in their fully serviced offices. There will be wider support also to business administration services such as basic accounts duties and HR Administration. 

We are looking for someone who is forward thinking able to help promote positive changes and run processes. It is essential that you are team focused, approachable and confident. Prior experience within a similar, varied position in a fast-paced corporate environment is essential. Ideally you will be immediately available for this role.
