An opportunity has arisen to join an incredibly fun and sociable charity based in Central London for an Office Manager. A lovely environment, the company really values and looks after its staff.
This role is for 12 months and start immediately (no notice please).
On a daily-basis, you will manage the facilities from a health & safety point of view, organize events for the company, take care of account payable (expenses, invoices, credit cards), set up meeting rooms, meet&greet and ad-hoc travel coordination.
Ideal requirements:
• Minimum 1/2 years experience as Office Manager
• Previous experience in managing an office move is desirable
• Flexible, proactive attitude. Willing to develop within the role
• Calm under pressure and a positive attitude
• Strong administration skills and tech savvy would be beneficial
