HR Generalist position working for a global professional services firm in the heart of Central London and a short walk from Liverpool Street Station. This role is split between HR Advisor level support to the client group and project support to the HR Business Partner. 
This is a fantastic opportunity for an immediately available HR professional who is looking for a varied role where they can use their generalist experience to support BAU requests and processes such as appraisals, new starters, leavers and performance management. You will also act as a key contact for Line Managers advising broader issues regarding HR strategy and the employee lifecycle. 
Alongside the BAU HR support, you’ll also work closely with the HR Business Partner to assist with a large project. This will involve managing and analysing data on Excel so we are looking for someone who is confident using this package at Int/Adv or Adv level. 
As this is a project focused role it will initially be for a fixed term period until December, however there is a strong chance of a permanent position within the wider HR team of this global company. 
It is essential that you have at least 3 years generalist HR experience and at least Intermediate to Advanced level Excel skills.
