Our client is looking for a motivated, personable office administrator and team assistant to join their multicultural, friendly office in Maidenhead! This will be a 12-month contract and will start mid-February/beginning of March! Much more about attitude than experience, it may likely suit either a graduate or an individual with 2 years reception experience. It is essential that the candidate has excellent communication skills, and excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft office. They will be supporting the day to day activities of the office, Monday to Friday, 8.30am -5.00pm with an hour’s lunch break. Interviewing ASAP!

£21K to 27K

The duties include but are not limited to:
- Welcoming visitors
- Use of telephone system
- Notifying others of visitor arrival
- Use of computer-based systems
- Filing, sorting, mail distribution
- Assisting leaders with Travel and Expenses
