The opportunity has arisen to join one of the world’s leading real estate investment firms as their temporary team assistant. With huge assets and an ever-changing office, there is a possibility that the role could be made permanent at some point in the future. Their beautiful office right in the centre of London has a friendly and collaborative feel, so this role would suit someone with office experience and who enjoys a good social dynamic. As you will be supporting seven investment directors, the ability to prioritise and multitask will be key to your success. The role will involve a wide range of daily responsibilities which include, but are not limited to, arranging travel, expenses claims, preparing documents and presentations for meetings and responding to emails.
