Operations Director – Unique Opportunity - Up to £100k

One of our favourite clients in the NGO sphere is seeking an Operations Director who is at the top of their game to join their buzzing organisation. The environment is incredible; with a flat structure and a seriously strong culture, they are solution focussed and genuinely amazing at what they do. There is a real sense of empowerment within the company, hence their low turnover! Due to a restructuring in the company, we are now looking for an Operations Director to ‘run the show’, ie, get involved in operations, projects, legal, finance and delivery – this role is multi-faceted, dynamic and involved, so your CV must evidence aspects of all the aforementioned aspects.  This role is vital to the company and you will sit in the SLT and have about 5 heads reporting into you. Therefore, you must have previous line management before. A finance background or an MBA to show that you are commercially astute and aware of how a company is run will be hugely advantageous, but a strong presence and gravitas is just as important.
