A successful Media company is looking for a talented Operations Assistant to join their amazing team. They are looking for someone with excellent written and oral communications skills, phone manners; someone who is creative, reliable and resilient.

Working in a team, you will take responsibility for the day to day support, from entering data into the database, chasing inaccurate information from your clients, answering enquiries and monitoring projects. You have previously worked in an administrative role for 2-3 years. You will also have previous consumer service or reception experience in order to cover for switchboard when necessary. Ideally you have previously worked in Advertising.

6-month Mat cover, you are immediately available to interview at the end of March to start working end of April.
