Are you an outgoing individual looking for a job working with a close-knit group of people? We have a great opportunity for an office administrator with preferably two years’ corporate office experience.

The role is for a private investment firm and has two components. The first part is supporting the Office Manager with their duties including health and safety, invoicing suppliers, updating complex Excel spreadsheets, and doing the expenses as well as liaising with HMRC. (Someone with a love for Excel and finance admin would be in their element here!) The other part of this role is supporting the EA where needed, involving complex diary management and organising both internal and external events.

The client is looking for someone who has the ambition and initiative to grow and progress their career within the company. This particular role has the potential for the successful candidate to progress up to EA level and would be supported by the whole company to reach their potential!

If successful you would be working alongside four PA’s and a Receptionist who as well as being extremely hard working are also great fun! They currently have virtual coffee mornings, but pre-lockdown would often experiment with the local restaurants and enjoy wine tastings! They are looking for someone with the similar skillset and mindset who is committed to their work but also to enjoying the more social side of working with like-minded, friendly individuals.
