A hugely
successful finance firm are seeking a highly driven, all-rounder to join their
team as a receptionist in the City of London! Initially starting as a
temporary position for 4-6 months, they are looking for a dynamic, experienced,
and confident receptionist looking to develop their career and able to go permanent
if the opportunity arose.
Your duties will be multi-dimensional from office diary
management, maintaining the meeting rooms and reception area to answering and transferring telephone calls. As the Reception Administrator,
you will be the first point of contact for meeting and greeting clients into the
stylish office as well as this you will undertaking a variety of administrative
tasks as in identified by the Head of HR.
The ideal
candidate will have 3 years’ experience within a similar role and have worked
within the professional and financial services. If you have the required experience,
