Co-ordinator in West End Global Consultancy - 12-Month Contract (ID:5112)
An amazing opportunity to work remotely within a top West End consultancy has arisen. Working as a Deal Desk Coordinator, you will have responsibilities such as tracking and monitoring opportunities throughout the deal lifecycle; request approval of deals from key stakeholders and consequently follow up with deal approvers regularly on outstanding approvals. You will also be in charge of preparing for meetings which also includes recording meeting notes and actions, coordinating invites and ensuring documents are in place.
You will be closely liaising with leadership as you will provide weekly reports of upcoming deals and deals from the previous week, as well as daily reports with pending approvals.
Since you are in charge of the overall coordination of deals, you also need to enforce compliance with appropriate policies and processes. You’ll even get to work closely with the offshore team in India to ensure work is assigned and monitored.
This is due to start immediately and is requiring someone who is tech savvy with an analytical mind and a can-do attitude, great organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
