Our client, a boutique financial services business, is seeking an accomplished and capable candidate to take on a newly created hybrid Company Secretarial and Admin support role. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of the business and be a critical member of its everyday running. This role will report directly into the Chief of Staff and you will be responsible for providing a range of corporate administration and contract coordination services. You will be involved with drafting agendas, board, and committee packs, preparing minutes, advising on corporate governance, drafting agreements and contracts, and more. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of UK employment law and a legal background will be beneficial. If you are ICSA fully or part-qualified this will be advantageous, however potential for future support with qualifications is available. This is an exciting time to join a growing company and you will have the ability to make the role your own. Salary is from £45k-£60k depending on experience.
