Customer Care Executive in Tech Firm (ID:6220)
Based in North London, with open plan, relaxed and lovely offices, one of our favourite tech companies is seeking a bright, interpersonal and confident customer service assistant to join their team due to an internal move.
The company has a real family feel and you will be working in a close-knit team with really down to earth people. Your role will be busy and varied and will include both telephone and email correspondence with customers. You will be responsible for logging calls, troubleshooting problems, handling queries and training new starters. We are looking for someone with strong customer service experience, ideally where you have had experience dealing with clients on the phone and via email and ideally you will have some admin/office work experience.
