Team Assistant in boutique finance required to support a COO and the Tech team in an international advisory company. A rapidly growing company of around 40 people which has doubled in size over the last year you will assist in international travel arrangements in Australia, Europe and Latin American co-ordinating complex itineraries, visas, meeting and calenders. Previous experience of international travel arrangements across different time zones is also essential for the role. A background in finance is essential ideally within a smaller firm. The company is very international with lots of different nationalities and is fully 5 days a week office based 9-6pm.

The role can start anytime between October-January depending on availability
