An inspirational and award-winning NGO based in open plan and impressive offices in Central London are seeking an immediately available PA to join them on a 6 month FTC with the possibility to go permanent (for the right person and dependent on business needs). Due to a surge in growth and re-structuring of the team, they are looking for a proactive, driven and interpersonal PA to hit the ground running in a varied 1:2 PA role. Alongside traditional duties, including complex diary management, there will also be lots of scheduling and project work so there really is scope to take on so much more. Personality wise, it is essential that you are a pro-active self-starter, can think and work autonomously as well as be a true advocate for the work of the wider team. Everyone who works here is super impressive and very academic, so having a strong academic background is favourable.
