Calling all HR advisors for Global Charity – 12 month FTC

A really well known and rapidly expanding global charity is seeking an HR advisor to join their growing HR team on an immediate basis. Due to international growth this is a new created position reporting into the HR director. The role will be super varied and will include liaising with line Mangers on policies, procedures and guidelines. You will help with ER issues, manage the inbox and provide an advisory service to the wider team as well as so much more. Personality is everything here as well as having 3-5 years HR experience, ideally in a similar position. Having a passion for the work they do is paramount, as well as having a down to earth and muck in approach. Please do get in touch!
