Reception/Office Administrator Role for Investment Firm (ID:7887)

If so, a fantastic boutique Investment Firm are looking for a pro-active
Receptionist/ Office Administrator to join their close-knit team of 50 in the
heart of London. This firm is brilliantly modern that offers an immaculate
office space with a calm and down the earth environment. Day-to-day activities
will include receiving office visitors, maintaining a clean working office,
liaise with couriers, screen incoming calls, posts and emails as well as place
orders for office supplies. On top of this, you will be required to assist with
IT, collaborate with the Office Manager, complete dairy and travel management
and also work closely alongside the PA and help with general admin.
Ideally looking for a Receptions/OA that has prior experience in a similar
industry, that has good IT Skills and it proficient in all Microsoft Office
Packages. If you obtain any fluency in European languages that would also be
most desirable. (Not a necessity).
If you are a Receptionist/OA that has mastered communication skills, is
friendly and humble, that also is a team player and has a positive and flexible
