The role will require excellent analytical skills – this will primarily be through reading, digesting and analysing information from reports across a wide variety of area. Therefore is best suited to graduates with a highly analytical humanities degree such as History, English, languages, Philosophy or PPE. You may have study for an undergraduate degree but they are also very open to those with a Masters or PHD. You should be able to see “the wood and the trees”. Analysing information, being aware of the influences of outside elements and coming to a concise, reasoned and articulate conclusion. Written skills will also be important and as will an interest to et to know your clients developing a professional rapport and trusted advisor relationship.

You will start in a team of trainees working on live businesses from day one. The team is high functioning, with an excellent track record for progression and development, both internally and externally.

We are looking for graduates, postgrads and PHD students who have shown excellent academic abilities (2:1 or first in their first degree) and strong previous education. You will have been involved in broader extracurricular activities, whether that be within university or through hobbies and interests outside of uni. These have included anything from archaeology to rowing and chess to gaming!

Salaries start at £30,000 with excellent benefits, a fun, cerebral culture and excellent bonuses. Earnings in years 3-4 often exceed £60,000.
