Developing Careers for Office Staff

A private equity company based in the West End is seeking a board level EA to support three very senior members of the team including the CFO and chief of staff. The role is busy and involved and you will have to be at the top of your game to work well in this role. Your bosses are described as great to work for but they have high standards. For them, personality is everything. Strong listening skills, discretion, and detail oriented are crucial. It is an exciting time to join them especially where this role is so important to the success of the organisation. Ideally we are looking for someone who has worked a for a public listed business in order to understand the work they do. For this position we are looking for an established EA who has previous c-suite experience who can demonstrate prior experience with board packs/meetings/agendas.
