HR Administrator! Fully Remote! 4.5 day week!! (ID:10038)
An HR Administrator is required for professional services company! This role is fully remote working (with the option to work in the office if required) working a 4.5 day week, finishing at 1pm on a Friday!
No prior HR experience is required just a couple of years Administration experience within a corporate environment.
Responsibilities will include assisting the Global HR Director with scheduling meetings, managing diaries and coordinating travel as well as processing expense.
You will also managing the employee training programme including issuing supplier contracts and managing the training inbox as well as responding to queries.
Duties will include coordinating candidate interviews for the HR Director as well as raising purchase orders and processing invoices for the team. You will assist HR Operations with on-boarding of new joiners and process starters and leaver administration. Coordinating performance review meetings for the HR tam as well as introducing team initiatives to promote a happy and healthy office culture.
You will also work closely to facilitate desk and office moves and assist with health and safety and other office issues. Administrative tasks such as booking couriers, ordering stationery and IT equipment will form part of your role as well as managing the HR pages of the intranet.
You will have previous administrative experience within an office environment and a general interest in HR is also desirable.
