A Banking Firm in Green Park is looking for a corporate receptionist (minimum 6 months experience) Hours are 9-6 or 8-5. Partly reception and team assistant 3 PA's assist with diary and travel arrangements as well as expenses.
- Provide a warm welcome to all visitors
-Handle all incoming calls
-Assist with event booking
-All meeting room and booking requests dealt with quickly
-Carry out regular checks of internal areas
-Housekeeping and maintenance areas are logged
-Refill coffee machines and serve refreshments
-Operate the switchboard
-Immaculate presentation
-6 months customer service experience
-Literacy in Ms Packages (Word and Outlook)
-Portuguese may be an advantage
