A great way to convert your knowledge from being a Team Assistant to an EA could be through doing shorter term jobs. We have some great EA roles on that are looking for professional experience of 2 years in similar roles such as Team Assistant positions or Junior Personal Assistants.

One of the roles that we have is a float EA for a global Private Equity firm based in Victoria. This is a high pressured environment, supporting a team of 8 including Director level. This is a great opportunity for someone that has had experience dealing with demanding teams of more than 5 people in the financial service sector.

The ideal candidate can prove their diary management skills, have excellent interpersonal skills and be incredibly organised. The client is looking for someone to hit the ground running and to start as soon as possible.

Another role we currently have that could suit someone looking to take a step into the Senior EA roles is our Team PA position. This is a Real Estate company that needs someone confident to move between senior leadership teams supporting with travel, general admin and support to office management. This would be a wonderful position for someone that needs to build their foundations and to demonstrate their adaptability.
