Victoria based professional services firm are looking for an office coordinator to join their core group supporting the office of 30-40 people in a varied and all-encompassing manner.

With no two days the same this role will focus on, but will not be limited to, the smooth day-to-day running of the office, support to the HR team with highly confidential matters, acting as first point of contact for clients and guests and further general team administrative support.

Working alongside the EA/Office Manager you will utilise your existing skills whilst simultaneously fine-tuning new ones. Therefore, a successful candidate for this role will have minimum 6-months work experience with the desire to transition into a corporate environment.
