EA to CEO & CFO – Central London – Temp role for 3-months - Hybrid - £25ph+ (ID:11483)
An innovative Biotech company based in Central London are looking for an Executive Assistant to come in and support the C-Suite team. They are a small team of 6, with some of them being self-sufficient, and are currently engaged in a big funding project that they will be working on over the next 3 months. They need someone to come in during this time to help with organising meetings, diary management, and sorting their administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years C-Suite experience, and will be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills. Due to the nature of the role, you will also need to be confident liaising with company seniors and various partners. In addition to the more traditional aspects of the EA role, there is a good scope to assist the CFO with expenses, as well as to get involved with further projects over the course of the role.
