We are currently looking for an administrator to join a finance firm in Mayfair which will be working 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. The hours will be 9-5.30 and is a temporary ongoing position that should turn permanent.
- Calendar management
- Arranging appointments
- Online and social media research and collating this onto excel
- Create and format Powerpoint presentations
- Organise events
- Support his wife's charity on the administration side
- Speaking Spanish is an advantage
- Ms office skills have to be strong particularly using Powerpoint
