An award winning financial pr company in the City is seeking a Front of House and Facilities Runner.
You will work as part of the Operations and Support team to ensure smooth running of the company in terms of delivering exceptional client services and hospitality.
Key duties will include answerting switchboard, meeting room bookings as well as organising catering and refrshments for meetings. You will ensure the Reception and meeting room areas is regularly chekced and ensue the front of house is kept clean and tidy at all times. Responsibilites will include ensuring the tv and video conferencing area is turned on, charge and in good working order as well as supporting with stock checks and collecting fruit, newspapers and milk from in-store as requested.
