Personal Assistant to an investment manager based in the outskirts of Southampton in New Forest

A full time, office based role dealing with admin, greeting guests, organizing client events both onsite and offsite.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Provide a high level of support to the team of investment managers
• First line of contact with clients either by in person, phone or emails
• Administrative tasks such as the maintenance of microsoft word and excel databases, filing and scanning of documents, processing invoices, maintaining records, and liaising with clients, registrars, intermediaries and solicitors in appointment bookings
• Ensuring valuations are produced and dispatched to clients with regulatory timescales
• Personal compliance with all regulatory issues and promotion of a compliance culture throughout your department.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Educated to GCSE or equivalent level including Maths and English.
• A background in financial services would be advantageous, but is not essential.
• 6 months to 2 years’ experience is ideal.

Ideally looking for someone who is articulate, diplomatic and has good numeracy skills along with excellent written and spoken English. If you have a strong attention to detail and strong team ethic, please apply!
