Responsibilities:
Diary management and preparation of meeting rooms, Guest liaison, room organisation and maintenance, Distribute mail and liaise with couriers, third party suppliers and facilities, Maintain and ordering all office inventory and supplies, Answer telephone and field calls, Binding and general administration, Support to the Personal Assistant Team and Operations Manager and general ad hoc assistance
Hours: 8.30am – 6pm
Office based –SW1
Start: ASAP – Ideal start date would be beginning-mid December
