This wonderful opportunity, based in Oxford Circus, will leave you working closely with other assistants on the team meaning you’ll be connected closely to your team being perfect for a supportive and sociable work environment. Equally due to the wonderful increase in growth although this role may require someone with a strong work ethic, someone that can hit the ground and equally someone that can shine and work confidently alongside a bunch of fellow strong and diverse personalities running the supportive team. Past industry experience is less relevant providing you have a professional and dynamic approach. Given the close nature of the team and the natural responsibilities of the job someone warm and organised is perfectly suited.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain active communication with the team and clients; Diary/email/travel/ internal and external event management; Dealing with contracts, Call Off Agreements and GDPR agreements; Support the wider team with general secretarial duties including document scanning, covering holidays and arranging purchase orders; raise regular monthly fee invoices and dealing with expenses for fee earners; Production, formatting and proof-reading of reports; Assist with compliance; Ordering IT equipment and dealing with subsequent issues
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent level of skill using MS Outlook, Word and PowerPoint, Excellent organisational and administrative skills, Attention to detail, Strong verbal and written skills, Proactive and able to work on initiative, Professional and mature working attitude, Previous experience in a team secretarial/administrator role, Ability to show initiative and provide a high level of service to, and establish rapport with, clients and colleagues, Willing to travel occasionally for conferences, training etc.
