Front of house and facilities runner

The daily role is to answer switchboard calls and redirect queries or relay messages, meet and greet candidates and clients in the office, prepare for meetings with refreshments and catering and organize stationary orders.
You will be a part of the operations and support team and to help deliver exceptional client service and hospitality. You will also be supporting the front of house manager and will work as a team to ensure there is a smooth running of the office, reception and meeting rooms. This role is great for anyone starting their career.
You must be friendly and presentable with a hard working personality.
You need to have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal, along with exceptional telephone manner.
A good understanding of MS office apps is desirable.
The office is based in London and the hours are 08:45 – 17:45, 5 days a week, in office.
