The company host various events and conferences and all sorts of events, both internal and external. Equally not only will you be focusing on these wonderful events and conferences, you will also represent the face of the company having to conduct several general reception duties and other various administrative tasks meaning the role is varied, interesting and allows you to develop wonderful and close relationships with the diverse range of clients. You may be expected to give tours of office spaces, note potential requirements and help with internal and external events (this role is not just meeting and greeting or answering the phone). You will be joining a supportive and welcoming team of four meaning you will equally have a good team to help support your growth and development. Masses of experience is not necessary however reception experience or any high-end retail or customer service would be extremely useful and very helpful in proving you can handle the varying support and administrative tasks and deal well with the many clients you would interact with. Although the team is extremely bubbly, sociable and fun it is important to be extremely organised, warm and genuine whilst having a strong work ethic and should pay attention to detail.
