Although the role is 5 days in the office a week between 8:45-6pm the prospects for growth and the vibrant dynamic nature of the office make it an amazing opportunity. You will be reporting to the supportive and lovely EA that is equally new to their role meaning you get to progress alongside someone and learn the office environment with them providing a wonderful framework for support and development. Equally although they are market leading there are only around 15 people in office meaning there is a wonderful close-knit feel with the team and a supportive work culture and environment. It’s not just that small team you will be both client facing meaning you immediately get to interact with many important and wonderful people but equally the free-lancers that involve themselves with the team will provide you with a diverse and dynamic atmosphere.
