Graduate people administrator for a rapidly growing property management company in central London.

The role will be to assist the senior management team with HR and recruitment needs. The role will require you to assist in HR projects, maintain personnel-related data records, respond to both internal and external HR inquiries, support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires, and log and record training, sickness, team 1-2-1s and appraisals.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to develop their career in a fast growing business and has an interest in recruitment or HR. You will need excellent communication skills of both written and verbal. You will need strong IT skills, which include Microsoft office 365 - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

The hours are 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday with the ability to have flexible working hours (This may include some weekends). The role is Full time and Permanent, with benefits of a company laptop and phone, and 25 days holiday (Plus bank holidays).
