Not only is the office located in the wonderful area of Farringdon but equally the team consisting of 26 means that you will be immersed in a closeknit and supportive work culture and environment from the get go, helping you truly immerse yourself in the company. Equally the nature of hybrid work will have you in the office only 8 days in a month, with you being expected to be in every Wednesday, meaning this opportunity is truly a rare and extremely flexible one. It must be noted however that you will be expected to do some overtime when events are being run but this is normally not too much. You will be given some autonomy, especially regarding smaller events but you will mostly be focusing on the admin side of larger events. You will also need to be a good communicator who can liaise with academics and board members, securing speakers for events and briefing them regarding logistics. These events can also take place anywhere in the UK so travel will be expected occasionally but this is all paid for and gives you the opportunity to see the wider world. You will be one of a team of three and so you truly get the opportunity to be valued and work closely with the events team.
Requirements:
Need strong admin experience, High Attention to detail, organised, strong communication skill, experience dealing with academics is a plus, someone that enjoys and has proven experience of organization.
