General office-based operational tasks; resolve a wide range of customer queries by call or email; improve efficiency of processes; help create content for support site; help protect against financial crime
Critical Thinking; Are highly organised and attentive to details; Have excellent written English; Have experience of working in a high-pressure environment within finances; Be tech savvy and are a fast and confident learner of new software; A team player, who contributes to team projects, independent and autonomous
