We are currently looking for a PA to join a hedge fund based in the West End for a 12 month maternity contract which could then turn permanent within another capacity of the business. This will be paying 50k and the bonus is up to 30% on completion which will take total earnings to 65k. This is an 100% office based role and will be working 9-5.30.
The role
- Diary and inbox management
- Schedule all meetings and video conferences
- Act as a point person between other departments including marketing, HR and compliance
- Organise events such as shoot days, golf and fishing
- Payment of household staff
The person
- Must have a calm and quietly confident disposition
- Knowledge of supporting a HNW Individual is an advantage
- A background or interest in asset management is useful
- It literate in all MS packages
