Highly successful Investment Bank in central London are actively recruiting a client focused, super confident, dynamic, instantly personable Events/Guest Coordinator. Previous candidates have come from performing arts/Drama/modelling/singing or high end luxury Retail/luxury goods backgrounds, the role is initially Temping but ongoing for 6 months so Temp to Perm options are very welcome. The temporary role can fit around your acting/singing/auditions. Based in the office 5 days weekly.
The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with at least 6 months Front of House/Receptionist/office/customer service/events/guest relations support. You will provide an impeccable 5 star service to clients and internal staff, meeting and greeting, ensuring all feel welcomed and providing Events and conference support when showcasing the building for corporate and private events, liaising with HNWC’s and high profile corporate guests to ensure they have the best experience.
