One of our longstanding tech clients are seeking a switched on, interpersonal and bright know your customer specialist to join their welcoming and dynamic team for at least 3 months on a potential temp to perm basis. You will be working with the sales team to onboard business clients, access KYC details, record and utilise internal systems and provide guidance for the front office, along with establishing and maintaining effective relationships. They are looking to be joined by someone with experience in client onboarding (ideally within financial services), who is proactive, organised and efficient with a healthy balance in terms of commercial drive and risk management. You will need to have excellent communication skills, great attention to detail alongside an ability to self motivate and multitask.
