A leading investment banking in the West End is seeking a Facilities Coordinator/Receptionist which is a newly created role due to a re-structure. Based in the West End, 5 days offices based duties will include managing all the facilities and maintenance issues, completing regular Health and Safety checks, managing all incoming invoices as well as maintaining stock and preparing budgets as well as liaising with suppliers and acting as Fire Warden. 

You will be based on Reception working alongside another Receptionist as well as covering Reception and meeting and greeting of guests and preparing meetings rooms.

You will also have previous facilities co-ordination experience ideally in professional services or investment banking.

Hours are 8.30am-5.30pm and the company also offers an annual bonus and an attractive benefits package including a pension plan and private medical insurance, immediate start for the right candidate.
