Office Manager in Asset Management (ID:12712)
A boutique asset management firm in the West End is seeking an Office Manager to also assist on Reception and also line manage a Receptionist.
Duties will include day to day Health and Safety in the office, being the first point of contact for builders and office maintenance worker, weekly building inspections, managing the annual office Risk Assessment audit and assisting with the general maintenance of the office. The role will include budget tracking, contract management of buildings insurance and weekly fire alarm testing as well as desk space assessments.
You will also organise sporting events for clients as well as internal events such as the Christmas party and run the Intern week in July in coordination with HR. Previous Office Management experience in professional or financial services is required.
The role is 5 days office based and previous Office Management experienced id required within a corporate office environment. The company offers a very generous bonus and benefits package and an immediate start for the right candidate.
