A twelve month FTC (maternity cover) has come up in an prestigious global charity as a talent acquisition partner! Ideal candidate will be degree level, and have at least 4 years+ HR experience on a mid/senior level. Prior international recruitment experience is a key criteria, as you will be recruiting on a global scale! The role will also support/lead on projects linked to continuous improvement initiatives and the building of tools, templates and trainings etc. It is a very diverse role with a lot of scope!
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative and solution oriented approach, with strong attention to detail.
