Looking for a challenging and exciting opportunity to take your research and sourcing skills to the next level? As a Talent Sourcer, you will be part of this company’s global Talent Acquisition team, leading the company's European organisational and talent goals. You will support the leaders and managers in delivering high-quality recruitment processes and finding the right talent for the company's Commercial, Marketing, Product and corporate functions in Europe.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with top talent in the market, utilising sourcing platforms, and communicating effectively with both active and passive candidates. You will work closely with key business stakeholders and HR partners to prioritise hiring requirements and provide a best-in-class candidate experience. You will also have the opportunity to build partnerships with stakeholders and position yourself as a talent sourcing market expert.
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience sourcing junior-mid management level hires, be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and have a proven track record of recruitment delivery. You should be confident, culturally aware, and knowledgeable about sourcing techniques, employment legislation, and pre-employment vetting. Fluency in English is essential, and additional languages such as Mandarin, Dutch, and German would be an advantage.
