Currently seeking a PA for an amazing opportunity to support the CEO of a well-established marketing company based in central London, with the potential to occasionally work in their offices in New York as well. The role is split 60/40 across business and personal support for the CEO. The business side of things involves organising travel, sorting visas, and being the main point of contact for the team across the world when the CEO is away. With the personal support you will be helping organise maintenance and occasional events for his three houses, one in the UK and 2 in the US, also liaising with realtors in order to rent his house in New York out. In addition to this you will be taking care of all lifestyle management.

This role doesn’t require too much prior experience, although some PA experience is needed, preferably 6-months+. The team you will be supporting is very bright and creative, and therefore you will need to be academically bright, well-presented and very proactive. In addition to this, ideally you will be someone who is comfortable in social environments and a confident networker in order to help both the clients, and the CEO himself, to expand their influence.
