Are you an experienced PA / TA looking for a move into HR?

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a leading, forward-thinking Investment firm in their stylish and modern offices in the West End. This is the perfect opportunity for a dynamic, hardworking individual, who is passionate and wants to progress within a successful and collaborative firm.

Supporting the VP of Talent, your key responsibilities will include interview scheduling internationally, liaising with senior stakeholders, the onboarding process as well as any PA duties and HR administration. This is the perfect role for someone who has incredible interpersonal skills and who is a dynamic bubbly character, looking for a challenge among a fast-paced environment with a down to earth and impressive team.

The ideal candidate will be polished, articulate, have a high level of discretion and have a strong interest for progressing within Recruitment/HR. You will have had 5 years' experience as Team Assistant, PA, Project, Recruitment consultant, Coordination or as an administrative assistant, ideally within recruitment or professional services, then please apply today if this sounds like your dream role!
